Everything was perfect, so were particularly nice views of the lake. This hotel was set in a secluded area close to downtown Branson as well as attraction. It also was to all activities that I was interested in.

    tranquil creek
    friendly staff
    noise disturbances
    limited breakfast

A rollercoaster of pros and cons

The location is ideal, set beside a tranquil creek with lovely grounds and fire pits! The staff is attentive, ensuring a cute atmosphere.

Noise from neighboring rooms disrupted our sleep, and the breakfast offerings were quite limited, lacking substantial options.

    The air conditioning worked well.

When I booked my non-refundable stay I was not aware that it did not have handicap access to my room. We were put in a room on the third floor with no elevators of any kind available for those who should not be climbing stairs. I showed my disabled identification but they would not let us have a ground floor room even though there were several available because I checked every nite. Due to the American with disability Act I was completely shocked that in this day and age and with the elderly people that go to this area that it was even legal to run a motel in this fashion. I will never book with your company again because this is simply unacceptable. I hope you warn others of this because it was something people should be made aware of prior to booking.

The hostpitality came first. The staff were very friendly and helpfull. We will always stay at Fall Creek Inn when we visit Branson.

Funny story, A tennant in room 222 came out initially to use the one and only grill, I had taken the grate back to my room to clean and when I came back he was disgruntled because he wasnt able to use the grill. Sorry, but first come first serve. Anyway, the rain came right after the coals had heated up. so I stood in the rain and finished cooking my steaks for the family. He brought his kids out to watch as me the "dummy" cooked in the rain. My whole family came out and we had allot of fun in the rain and cooked the steaks to perfection. He was disgrunteled and was teaching his children through anger that this is not something your supposed to do. I tought my kids that determination under any circumstance can be made to enjoy. He came out a final time and puffed his chest, went back in and slammed the door and shut the shades. Lol Dumb ass!!!

Cozy room, clean room. The front desk staff was cute and the coffee from the coffee bar was amazing as well as the convenient free Wi-Fi for staying connected.

Area around hotel was full of trees. It was very pretty.

We booked a room with two queen beds. The hotel staff put us in a single bed room, not once but twice. We climbed up and down stairs two times in 100 degree heat. When we checked out the hotel staff could not give us a receipt because their computer was not working. Too many problems to stay here again.

The setting by the creek is pretty.

No coffee pot in room, no hair dryer in room. No shampoo in room. Not enough bath towels. Not a good complimentary breakfast. Only cold cereal and donuts.

We enjoyed the quiet atmosphere at the hotel even though it was full with families and dogs. Everyone at the front desk was so helpful with directions and advice as to shows to see and obtaining tickets to shows.

The only thing we did not like was the instant coffee. Why not have a bunn coffee maker like many gas stations and resturants have. Otherwise the breakfast was excellent. Just what we eat at home.
